By Road: Srinagar is 293 kms from Jammu.
Srinagar is linked with other important places like Chandigarh, Delhi, Jammu, Leh, Kargil, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam, through road. The main bus station of Srinagar is at city center of Lal Chowk.

Day 01: On arrival into Srinagar you are met by our representative and transferred to Deluxe Houseboat / Hotel by private car. Late afternoon enjoy Shikara ride (Gondola Boat) across the pristine Dal Lake and experience the sight of willow trees on the banks, floating aquatic gardens on the lake and kingfishers hunting for food.

Day 02: SRINAGAR to PAHALAGAM (186 kms round trip).
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam at 8050 feet and enjoy the walk by River Lidder. Flowers and the green of the meadows abound in spring and summer. Here one can visit Shikergah, Dubian and Mamal Temples (dating back to 14th century) all of which can be travelled on foot or pony. Pahalgam also has a 9 hole golf course.
Return to Srinagar by evening and overnight at Houseboat / Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 03: SRINAGAR - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (50 kms round trip).
After breakfast visit the Mughal Gardens - Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) and Pari Mahal. The gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. For those with a religious or historical bent of mind visits to the Hazratbal Shrine and Shankracharya Temple can be interesting. Later visit the local crafts market and enjoy shopping for carpets, pashmina shawls, jewellery, walnut wooden items and papier-mâché handicrafts.

Day 04: SRINAGAR to GULMARG (112 kms round trip).
Take a day trip to Gulmarg or the "Meadow of Flowers" which is located at an altitude of 9000 feet. The road to Gulmarg is very scenic and is lined with poplar trees all through. It is popular for its golf course and for skiing in winters. One can enjoy a pony ride and also the cable car ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg, a 1980 feet ascent. Khilanmarg is a meadow, carpeted with flowers in the spring and is the site for Gulmarg's winter ski runs and offers a fine view of the surrounding peaks and over the Kashmir Valley. One can also view the Nanga Parbat on a clear day.
Return to Srinagar by evening and overnight at Houseboat / Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 05: After breakfast time free till departure.
Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for onward flight.

Day 02: SRINAGAR to PAHALAGAM (93 kms, 3 hours).
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). Pahalgam, at 8050 feet, is a mountain paradise tucked away amidst dense forests of pine, cedar, deodars and surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks with breathtaking views. It is situated at the junction of the Aru and Sheshnag Rivers. Here one can visit Shikergah, Dubian and Mamal Temples (dating back to 14th century) all of which can be travelled on foot or pony.
Overnight at deluxe hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 03: PAHALAGAM TO GULMARG (150 kms, 4 hours).
Drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers). Gulmarg at 8700 feet is one of the most interesting and easily accessible places in Kashmir Valley, a grassy meadow - 3.5 km long and 1 km wide, encircled by pine-covered slopes, from where a rare view is obtained of Nanga Parbat. Here also is one of the highest golf courses in the world, and in the winter season, this becomes a fine ski resort.
You can enjoy a pony ride and also a cable car ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg, a 1980 feet ascent.

Day 04: GULMARG TO SRINAGAR (56 kms, 2.5 hours).
After breakfast drive to Srinagar and check in into Houseboat / Hotel.
Afternoon sightseeing of Mughal Gardens like Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh. Also visit Shankaracharya Temple. On your way back, shop at the local Handicrafts Emporium, where you can pick up some silk carpets, shawls and ornaments.
Overnight at the Houseboat / Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 05: SRINAGAR - SONMARG - SRINAGAR (174 kms round trip, 7 hours).
After breakfast take a full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. Sonmarg also called "Meadow of Gold" is located at a height of 8880 feet. You may take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year.
Return to the houseboat / hotel in Srinagar by evening for overnight stay.

Day 06 After breakfast time free till departure.
Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for onward flight.

You are received and welcomed by our local representative at the airport taken to Sonmarg which will take about 3 hrs. Reach Sonmarg.

Board the helicopter for a short ride to Amarnath Ji.
Day for Amarnath ji Darshan and board the Helicopter again and reach Baltal. From here another 3 / 4 hrs drive will take you to Srinagar. In the evening enjoy the Shikara ride on Dal Lake. You will get a view of some very interesting places around the lake.

Day 03 : Srinagar. After breakfast time free for shopping and later transfer to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
