Chail was a great start to the holiday. All the
places we stayed at were good, comfortable, with running water and clean toilets. Ambience
was great. Food was also good and homely. Camp fires added fun to the ambience. Even our
one year old child had enough to eat and do. Cheers !

The
river rafting experience was very memorable ! The beach
camps were a great place. Best thing, even mobile phones did not work there !
Plus, the natural surroundings made it the ideal destination.
The tents were pretty comfortable.The food and the staff was also great. It was great
planning and booking thru' The Caravan. We did not have to worry about things like river
guide, what is the best place, etc. Since, everything is taken care of, your mind can
relax completely. It was just great. Would recommend to everybody.

Thanks a lot for recommending both Woodville Palace in Shimla and Koti Resorts
for our recent holiday. Both were just what we wanted. Woodville was superb
- we loved the feeling of being at home in a quietly exclusive royal residence, where each
room was full of history. Moreover, both the food ('ghar-ka-khana') as well as service (so
highly personalised that it would put the 'butlers' of 5-star hotels to shame: thank you
Mast Ram!) were fabulous.
At Koti, the view was superb, and we were doubly rewarded with a new year snowfall
that turned the countryside magically different! The food and service were also
good, thanks to the unflagging enthusiasm and efforts of Manager Martin Gurung, who was
here there and everywhere, personally looking after each guest's interests.
We had a wonderful vacation, and therefore look forward to getting in

Ranikhet is
beautiful, and the view of 300 kms of Himalayas at dawn is stunning. Great location. Good amenities.
